TRIBUNAL ADMINISTRATION

Employment Tribunals are judicial bodies which resolve disputes, over employment rights, between employers and employees. They hear complaints and appeals about matters such as unfair dismissal, redundancy payments and discrimination.
It is good practice for employers to keep a record of an Employment Tribunal case, where an employee is making a complaint against them, to ensure that they are following the correct procedures and not exceeding the strict time limits involved.
