	RIDDOR The Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations (RIDDOR) are applicable to all work activities and place a duty on employers, the self-employed or persons in control of work premises to report work related deaths and certain work-related accidents, diseases and dangerous occurrences using the appropriate procedure as stipulated by the HSE. In addition, records of any such accidents or other incidents should be made and retained for a minimum period of three years.
