CONSULTATION The Health and Safety (Consultation with Employees) Regulations require employers to consult with their employees, or their elected representatives, on matters relating to their health and safety at work. They must also have in place arrangements to undertake the consultation process. In addition employers are required to provide their employees, or their elected representatives, with sufficient information to enable them to fully and effectively participate in the consultation, prior to a decision being reached. |
